  The apartment is in decent shape, all appliances and utilities work great. Some smells from downstairs apartment come through the vent system. Office staff was extremely helpful in working with us to resolve a mailbox issue and questions. Snow removal efforts are great. Entered this apartment community on a short term lease while waiting to close on a house.
